Returns
ALL customized and sale items are not returnable, sales are final.
If you have an unopened spool or other non-custom items, we can arrange a return if the product is in new condition. However, the refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. Please send the item(s) through a method with tracking as CSCORD is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
After we receive your package, a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned will be sent to you, and the amount that will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Because currency conversion rates fluctuate, if you paid for an order in any currency other than USD, the rate at the time of payment is often different from the rate at the time of refund. As a result, the refund amount may not be the same as the payment amount. CSCORD is not responsible for this difference due to the currency exchange rate.
Tax and duties are not refundable. Please contact your local customs agency directly to enquire about refunding taxes and duties.
